Our founder, Dawn Killoran, has been helping Nevada businesses with bookkeeping and accounting practices for over 25 years. Our team has a broad range of experience and expertise, and together with the vision and creativity of our clients, we team up to help businesses achieve great things.

Dawn Killoran

FOUNDER

Dawn has spent over 25+ years developing bookkeeping and entrepreneurial expertise through her independent accounting practice and small business ownership. She has a long track record of developing and improving accounting processes and financial operations in companies ranging from small startups to multi-million-dollar organizations.

She also brings experience navigating the complex demands of Local, State, and Federal Financial Reporting.  She is no stranger to software and data integration utilizing a variety of applications.

Dawn has operated an independent bookkeeping practice since 1998. Throughout her career, she has served as Client Bookkeeper and Tax Return Preparer at various CPA firms in the Reno Sparks Area in a Consultant and/or Employee capacity.

Through this diverse experience along with prior auditing and controllership roles, Dawn has built a broad knowledge of full-charge bookkeeping, financial statement analysis, payroll and sales tax reporting, inventory maintenance and reconciliation, policy and procedure development, and operational and internal controls.

When Dawn’s not crunching numbers, you can find her on a trail or lake. Hiking, backpacking, or kayaking helps to “clear the number gremlins” out of her head.

Chuck Woodman

Bookkeeper, Etc.

Chuck has developed business strategy with leaders of high-tech global companies, and washed dishes in his own family restaurant. With an education in technology, corporate training in business management, and personal experience in successfully growing a small business, Chuck brings a diverse, well-rounded and practical view-point to our team. With a talent for strategic perspective, and attention to details, Chuck likes to solve problems and make things work.

Chuck was born and raised in Western Oregon (Go Ducks!), and moved to Reno in 2019. He loves the outdoors and finds his serenity in the beauty of the mountains, creeks and lakes of Northern Nevada.
